Pilates at SACB

MAT CLASSES: Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout, which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles. The exercises are performed on a mat with very slow and controlled manner. Pilates increases flexibility, agility, builds strength and is a safe yet challenging workout. All Mat Pilates sessions are drop in. Click here for mat class pricing information.
